Adult Dogs for Adoption

Very often we get calls from people who are looking for older dogs.  From time to time we have dogs of various ages that have either retired or would be better suited as a pet rather than a parent.  Here at White Star, unlike many breeders, we are committed to letting all our dogs live out their full lives, we would prefer they stay here but due to space and other considerations, we feel the dogs have many years that could be spent enriching other peoples lives and in those cases, we offer them for adoption.  We can not in good conscience offer these dogs for free so we will donate the entire purchase price to one of our favorite charities such as the USO, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, The Winnebago County Animal Shelter, Circle of Love Foundation-Rockford, Illinois, or maybe you have a charity that you would like the purchase price to go to. We try to give an honest assessment of each dog and hope this benefits all involved. These dogs are NOT for breeding.  If you find a puppy somewhere else please try to verify where the puppies come from and what happens to the parents.

Janka Team Varder & Jovanely, Janka is a delightful little female import who was born in The Republic of Macedonia, she has fancy import papers and hip and elbow certification.  Janka is also DM clear. She is the newer smaller show style, very friendly and not huge and even comes with her own trophy.  We have not been able to get her pregnant, you might have better luck but I really think she would be best as a wonderful companion, She gets along with most male dogs. Full AKC Registration.

Trinity was born in the Czech Republic, complete with fancy pink papers, export permits, and she is AKC registered.  Trinity has an impressive pedigree.  She is a beautiful sable color and a perfect example of a cutting-edge import working line, with a more compact, straighter back, and is highly trainable, which is so sought after these days.

Trinity gets along well with other dogs and people and loves to learn new things.

Trinity is a high drive, loads of energy kind of girl who loves to please, I have been working with her a bit but deserves a much higher level of training.  She would be suitable for almost any sort of training or competition.  She comes with Full AKC Registration.
